Nilagang Baka ito ay isang simpling ulam na nilaga, na may baka, na may sabaw at masarap kainin tuwing tag-ulan.
Nilagang Baka Recipe:
2 lbs beef brisket, cubed
1 big potato, cubed
1 bok choy or pechay
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium sized carrots, chopped crosswise (w/ length of about 2 inches)
1 tbsp whole pepper corn
3 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
Cooking Procedures:
1.Saute the onion until texture becomes soft.
2.Add-in the beef brisket and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the fish sauce and whole pepper corn then mix well.
4.Pour-in the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours (or 30 minutes if using pressure cooker).
5.Put-in the vegetables starting with the potato and the carrots. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
6.Add the bok choy (Pechay). Cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let it stay for 5 minutes.

Pan de Coco ito ay tinapay na my palaman sa loob at ito ay tag piso lng kaya bili na kayo xD.
Pan De Coco Recipes:
3 cups bread flour
1- 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar + 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp salt
1 pouch rapid rise yeast
3 egg yolks
1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter
extra flour for kneading
sugar for dredging
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
Procedures:
1.Dough doubled in size - perfect rising!
2.Cut each log into equal pieces.
3.Flatten the dough with a rolling pin. Place abaout 1 tbsp of filling at the center.
4.Gather sides of round,pinch together and twist to seal the edges.
5.Place pinched side down on parchment paper, repeat until done.
6.Fresh from the oven. Ready to eat!

Recipes:
1+1/3 cup (150 g) all-purpose flour
1+������ cup (330 g) sugar
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
������ cup (170 g) butter
3 fl oz (0.9 dl) boiling water
3 eggs
4 oz (120 g) chocolate chips (40-50% cocoa)
5 oz (150 g) chopped walnuts or pecan nuts
1/3 cup (75 g) butter
8 oz (220 g) sweet or semisweet dark chocolate
2 tablespoon light corn syrup
2 tablespoon hot espresso or very strong coffee
Procedures:
1.Preheat oven to 350 deg F (Gas mark 4 or 180 deg C).
2.Line a 13 x 9 in (33 x 23 cm) cake tin with grease proof or other non-stick paper and grease the tin.
3.Melt the butter in a saucepan.
4.In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla extract.
5.Add eggs, melted butter and hot water and mix until smooth.
6.Add chocolate chips and nuts.
7.Bake at 350 degrees F until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 20-30 minutes.
8.Cool the cake. Glace with the chocolate frosting.
9.For the frosting, mix butter, chopped chocolate, syrup and coffee and heat in a double boiler until melted. Stir until smooth and spread over the cake.

Ingredients:
800g any type fish (works well with milkfish), if large fish is used cut into 1.5 inch thick pieces
1/2 thumb sized ginger, thinly sliced and pounded
3/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 eggplants, sliced
5 pcs green finger chillies
4 pcs bay leaves
1/2 tbsp whole peppercorns
fish sauce
1 large onion, sliced
6 cloves garlic, pounded
Method:
1.In a pot mix together vinegar, water, fish sauce, garlic, ginger and peppercorn. Bring to a boil.
2.While boiling add fish, eggplant, finger chillies, bay leaves and onion. Cover pot then put heat in medium then simmer for 15 minutes.
3.Serve with hot rice.

Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 small bottle Catsup (UFC)
1 kg ground beef
1 cup sliced Tender Juicy Hotdog
1 and 1/2 fiesta sweet blend sauce
2 tbs quickmelt cheese
2 medium onion chopped
4 cloves garlic,chopped
2 tbsp cooking oil/butter
1 cup tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Here's the procedures:
1. Cook the spaghetti noodles until you got the exact softness of the noodles.
2. Saute the onion in a hot butter or oil.
3. Put all the ground beef and put some salt and pepper according to your taste and leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Next is put all the fiesta sweet blend sauce and also the tomato sauce.
5. Stir it and put all the remaining ingredients (hotdog,cheese,and catsup) And let it simmer for 30-45 minutes.
6.Serve it and Enjoy!
